What is Kotlin? Kotlin is a statically typed programming language for building modern, multi-platform applications. It was launched 2011 by JetBrains, the company behind Intellij and Android Studio, and has grown exponentially over the last 5 years. It’s used frameworks like Spring and Gradle, and in the products of big companies like Pinterest, Evernote and Atlassian. And, if you had any doubts of whether Kotlin was here to stay, Google just announced Kotlin as an official language for Android at Google I/O 2017!
We hope you will come out Tuesday, June 27th @ 6pm to the first monthly Columbus Kotlin User Group, as Cardinal Health’s John Keyes kicks things off with an introduction to Kotlin!
To celebrate our kick off, we’ll have Kotlin swag to give away and Cake… because who doesn’t like cake 🙂
Thank you to Fuse by Cardinal Health for providing the location and Realm for providing the food.
