This is about the hard stuff – the roots, the bones, the foundation that sometimes gets forgotten along the way. We’ll spend the evening diving into this – digging in deeper than Scrum, deeper than Kanban, deeper than whatever flavor of agile you’re currently practicing to get to foundations of what we’re doing and what we believe.
