Let’s team up to challenge Kaggle’s Personalized Medicine: Redefining Cancer Treatment competition together! This is the actual Kaggle competition for $15,000 cash award. Our task is to identify the mutation responsible for cancer development based on patients’ genomic and clinical data. Since this is the actual competition, a couple of hours might not be enough to complete all required predictions. We will explore the data together and share ideas for better data processing and suitable machine learning algorithms at the meeting. You will select one language out of Python, Julia or R, and tackle this challenge with your partner. This event is the opportunity to learn new techniques from your peers and share your knowledge with others.
