If you have a girl in your life who is interested in coding, science, or any STEM field, then take a look at the week-long STEMcoding Summer Camp at the University of Mount Union. Students will have the opportunity to learn from and work with Mount Union faculty and students. Through a mix of computer programming and hands-on science and engineering challenges and activities, middle school and high school girls will have an opportunity to gain valuable experience and an understanding of some of STEM’s high-demand career paths.

Girls (entering grades 8-12) can attend the STEMcoding Summer Camp. The camp will be hosted from Monday, July 8, 2019, through Friday, July 12, 2019.  The camp is located at the University of Mount Union, 1972 Clark Ave., Alliance, OH 44601. The hours are from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. each day. The cost of the camp is $100, which includes breakfast, lunch, and a snack each day, as well as all summer camp activities and a t-shirt.
